Patrick is an Associate Principal and Project Director with over 20 years of experience. He focuses on market-rate, mixed-use, and affordable housing, as well as student housing, high-rise, and adaptive re-use projects. He has extensive experience managing complex projects while working closely with clients, consultants and general contractors.

Having lived in Europe and Asia before moving to the United States, Patrick has had exposures to various architectural styles. He has comprehensive understanding of how built environment interacts with its users and the diversity of building structure. His passion for affordable housing, senior housing, and urban in-fill developments has allowed him to execute projects from a new perspective, and has led him to become a mission-driven architect. He believes building an adequate supply of housing units could lower rental rates and help to address some of the socioeconomic issues and affordable housing shortage in the nation.
