Lesther leads the production team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the handling of projects from inception to the commencement of construction, and construction administration. Since starting with the firm, Lesther has steadily risen through the ranks by demonstrating his ability to execute challenging projects, practice technical excellence, provide strong leadership, and collaboratively coordinate with clients, consultants and general contractors.

With his 17 years of industry experience, Lesther focuses on multifamily residential, affordable housing, and mixed-use in various scales and complexity. Being a true all-around contributor and a dedicated team player, he has contributed to the success of many projects such as AVA Hollywood, a 1,423,000 SF of mixed-use development in Hollywood, Ybarra Village, an award-winning project that addresses affordable housing needs for seniors and veterans, as well as West Edge, a 804,000 SF large-scale mixed-use development that provides a new live-work-play community in West Los Angeles, to name a few.
