Bee Rarewala

As CSO, Bee drives business growth through vision-led, strategic planning and acts as a change agent for firmwide transformation. She facilitates key initiatives and investments, drives continuous improvement, and oversees business development strategy, marketing, and communications for the firm. Bee has centered her 20-plus-year career at the nexus of design thinking and business strategy with a passion for developing the next generation of talent and cultivating a culture responsive to both. She mentors students and professionals, and currently serves on several industry boards. Bee sits on the boards of Architecture & Advocacy, ACE Mentor Program LA/OC, Southern California Development Forum, and the USC Architectural Guild. Bee is an Executive Director for the Council on Open Building; is Vice-Chair, Alumni Relations of the USC Economic Leadership Council, and sits on the USC Women in Economics committee. Bee received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.
