California State University, Fullerton

Fullerton, California

For the past 20 years AC Martin has served the 237-acre California State University, Fullerton Campus by providing feasibility studies, architectural design and master planning services and was appointed campus master plan architect.

AC Martin completed the Long-Range Development Plan to accommodate projected growth up to 5,000 new students over a 10-year period. Using a long-term outreach strategy, the planning team consulted with campus and community groups throughout the development of the Master Plan to accomplish the University’s goals.

Since the master plan’s approval by the CSU Board of Trustees the campus has completed a new performing arts theater, a new business school, two new parking structures, a new student recreation center and are in the design stages for a third parking structure and a child-care facility.

AC Martin also completed several architecture projects on campus including a major addition/remodel of the central Library and an award-winning design for a new 2,500-car parking structure.
